You may list up to
2 household members with email and phone. This will be your listing in
the FFSC membership directory.
There are 3 ways to
sign up:

Fill out the form
below an select "Submit".
You will then receive your completed form in a confirming email. Then
print and mail your "confirming email completed
form" with a check via postal service. You will later receive an
email and member access information upon payment receipt.
3) Fill out the form
below an select "Submit". You will then receive your completed
form in a confirming email. You may then proceed to Secure Credit
Card payment through Paypal where you will will immediately receive an email
confirming your electronic payment. Membership access information will
be emailed later to you separately.
Membership costs $25 for the first
year and $20 for renewal. If mailing a check, then make payable to FFSC.
If
you are a renewing member and your data has not changed, then you can
just fill in First name, Last name and Email and type "same" in
the comments box.
